Priyanka is originally from Dehradun, but is pursuing her studies in Delhi. She is a state-level air rifle shooting champ, but it is music that scores over everything else in her life. Incidentally, this is Priyanka’s second attempt at Indian Idol-last year she made it till the theatre round-and hopes to hit the bull’s eye with the title this year. For Priyanka, her goal is playback singing.

You brought the retro quality into your voice that this song needed.	My hopes are very high. I can see a girl as Indian Idol.	I liked your singing. Even I find it difficult to sing nasally when I'm imitating Annu.	The way you sang with your nose, you maintained it well through out the song.
