| 1) In all matters relating to this contest, the decision of Sify shall be final and binding in all respects |
| 2) There shall be three winners in total which shall be selected by way of lucky draw from the eligible entries. |
| 3) The contest is open to participants all across the world. |
| 4) Sify.com shall only sponsor the return air ticket to Mumbai (including taxes on such tickets). However, accomodation and other expenses for the trip would need to be arranged and paid by each respective winner. |
| 5) Tickets cannot be exchanged for other prizes or cash. The winner's ticket cannot be transferred or negotiated for cash. The winner is solely responsible for any other expenses related to acceptance or use of the prize

| 6) The winners get to watch the finale of Indian Idol, but may not get a chance to meet and greet the judges, contestants or hosts. |
| 7) Employees and relatives of the employees of Sify.com are not eligible to participate. |
